Moses said to his people: "You seek help from Lord Allah, and you be patient; indeed the earth belongs to Allah, He will give its inheritance to whom He wishes from his servant, and the best consequence is for the heedful".
Mankind created in Paradise is deputed on earth to be the vicegerent of the Lord by testifying Adhikr as explained in verses 2: 30 and 6: 165. But only one in a thousand becomes a believer who becomes the vicegerent of the Lord as explained in verse 4: 118. They are those who have received the Truth Adhikr and testified It as told in verse 39: 33, whereas the aimless and heedless Fujjar who read these verses, have become the vicegerent of Satan.
